Mixed Signal & Analog IP

Analog IP for SoC Mixed-Signal ASICs

Low-Power High-Speed Pipeline ADC Family

Alpine's family of low voltage, low power, pipeline Analog-to-Digital-Converters are a perfect match for wireless, mobile, WLAN, ultra sound, imaging, video, and many other applications.  Our state-of-the-art designs are capable of high sample rates ( 130 to 160Msps) while providing the best-of-class power performance (< 0.5 pJ/conversion-step including on-chip references) over the entire range of sampling rates.

Brief data sheets of these ADC's are available for download.  Dual-versions (2 channels for I-Q applications) of each are also available.  The dual versions share critical circuits related to gain, offset and sample time mismatch to achieve the highest possible I-Q matching.

SoC Analog Building Blocks

Many commonly used Analog Modules for ASICs are available or in development.  These include 10 and 12-bit 200 Msps current-steering Digital-to-Analog converters (DAC) especially useful for communication transceivers, bandgap voltage references, power-on-reset (POR) & temperature monitors, linear regulators & switching supply regulators, oscillators,  PLLs, DLL and CDR modules..

If there's something particular you're looking for, please email us.  It's possible it's already in development.
